These General Conditions of Sale are valid for each natural person making a purchase and for each transaction concluded on the site www.charlottecapellestudio.com .

The general terms and conditions of sale apply to each stage of the order and to the monitoring of the service. The parties accept that this contract, exclusively, governs their relations. The service is intended for non-professional individuals, adults and with legal capacity to contract, residing in France or abroad.

Seller

The Seller is Charlotte Capelle, acting as an individual operator under the name CHARLOTTE CAPELLE STUDIO, registered in the Trades Directory of Nièvre (58) under number 893.391.193.00016 since 02/01/2021.

Order

Each order implies adherence to the General Conditions of Sale. The Seller is entitled to modify them at any time. The General Conditions of Sale applied are those that were in force on the day of the order.

Price

The price is indicated in euros (€) and VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the General Tax Code).

The price is non-negotiable and shipping costs are not included. They are indicated at the time of adding to the basket, before validation. Payment is made in one go.

Secure payment

The technical terms of payment are provided by Paypal and Stripe, which guarantee a 100% secure transaction. Personal data entered during the payment process are encrypted by Paypal and Stripe and remain confidential. The Seller does not have access to the data transmitted as part of the secure payment, and the data is not stored on this site.

Ordering process

To validate a purchase, it is necessary to go to one of the product sheets and validate this choice by adding it to the basket, after having selected the available options (if applicable). A redirection will take you to a page summarizing the basket then a page to enter your personal billing information. You will finally arrive on the page offering you delivery options and a payment page to finalize the purchase.

The final registration of the order takes place following the validation of the payment of the order by Paypal or Stripe. A confirmation email will be sent to you, summarizing the order and the payment made.
