You have 14 days from the date of reception to return your jewellery. The jewellery must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Bespoke jewellery are non-refundable and not exchangeable.

For certain regions, you can choose different delivery options, with or without insurance against loss or damage occurring between the time the item leaves the workshop and its destination.

All pieces are handmade to order. For this reason, an average production time of 1 to 3 weeks is required before your order is shipped.
