Les livraisons sont effectuées depuis la France Métropolitaine.
Les livraisons sont actuellement possibles dans une sélection de pays. Si votre destination n'est pas répertoriée, contactez-moi pour explorer les possibilités de livraison.

Pour certains territoires, vous pouvez choisir différentes modalités de livraison, avec ou sans assurance contre les pertes et casse ayant lieu entre le départ de l’atelier jusqu’à destination.
Quel que soit votre choix, je ne peux pas être tenue responsable des retards, pertes ou tout autres aléas. Je vous invite à me contacter à info@charlottecapellestudio.com en cas de problème avec votre livraison.

Toutes les pièces sont réalisées à la main à la commande. Pour cette raison, un délai de 1 à 3 semaines est nécessaire avant l'envoi de votre colis.

Mes pièces étant réalisées sur commande, il m'est difficile de systématiser les retours et échanges. Merci de votre compréhension!

In case of return, the piece must be send back unworn, untainted and in its original packaging. Return costs will be at your charge, except if the issue concerns a resizing or mistake on my end.

En cas de retour, la pièce doit être retournée dans l'état et emballage d'origine. Les coûts de retour seront à votre charge, sauf en cas de remise à la taille ou d'autres problèmes de mon fait.
