No, it is impossible to return a custom-made piece of jewelry.If it's a gift you've given: throughout the co-creation process, we'll work together to determine the perfect piece for the recipient. If you're unsure, you can always give a gift card instead.

Yes, each piece of jewellery is carefully packaged and ready for gifting. Each piece is presented in a custom-made box, stamped with the Charlotte Capelle Studio logo, which protects the jewellery and makes it a pleasure to discover. Everything is then carefully wrapped in tissue paper. You can also add a personalized message upon request by sending me an email after your purchase.
